"Murder on the Ballarat Train" is the second episode of Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries' first season. It is based on the Phryne Fisher novel of the same name by Kerry Greenwood.
Synopsis[]
On a train ride to the country, Phryne saves the life of a fellow passenger but can't prevent the death of the young woman's mother. In tracking down the killer, she picks up a couple of runaway girls and begins to earn the respect of Inspector Jack Robinson.[1]
